12-inch Balance Bike Forest – Banwood First Go

The Banwood First Go in Forest is a balance bike with 12-inch air-filled tires for children aged 3 to 5 years. Without pedals, your child first learns how to balance. Transitioning to a bicycle is often successful afterwards without the need for training wheels.

Who it is suitable for

Banwood recommends the First Go for children aged 3 to 5 years with a height of approximately 85 to 115 cm. The rider's weight may be up to 25 kg.

What makes it practical for everyday use

• The 12-inch air-filled tires cushion curbs and gravel paths.
• The saddle and handlebars are height-adjustable, allowing the balance bike to be used for several years.
• The grips are shaped for small hands.

Material and design

The frame and fork are made of steel, finished in a Forest paint. The saddle and grips feature a vintage look. The balance bike is CE-marked.

Safety and mandatory information

CE-marked and certified by Banwood for children aged 3 to 5 years.

• Maximum weight of the child: 25 kg; maximum 5 kg in the basket.
• The balance bike has no brake. Your child stops using their feet.
• Use only under the direct supervision of an adult. Do not use in traffic, on slopes, or on stairs.
• Wear a helmet while riding, for example one compliant with EN 1078.
• Contains small parts, not suitable for children under 3 years. Assembly must be performed by an adult.
