Shipping policy
This English version is a convenience translation. Only the German version is legally binding.
Shipping and delivery
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Hemmingen with DHL. Some items are sent to you directly by the manufacturer. This is then stated on the product page.
Delivery area
We deliver to Germany and to all countries of the European Union. We currently do not deliver to other countries, including Switzerland.
Free shipping from €299
From a goods value of €299, shipping is free for you – for all products, to Germany and within the EU.
Shipping costs below €299
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. You will see the exact amount in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.
- Germany, small items up to 1 kg (DHL Kleinpaket): €4.99
- Germany, DHL Paket: from €6.49, depending on weight
- Germany, bulky items (e.g. child car seats, furniture): from €27.49
- EU countries: from €7.49, depending on country and weight
All prices include statutory VAT.
Delivery time
- We usually ship items in stock on the same or the next working day.
- Germany: usually 2–4 working days
- EU: usually 4–8 working days
- Items shipped directly by the manufacturer and pre-orders: the delivery time is stated on the product page.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Partial deliveries
If not all items are available immediately, we will send the items in stock in advance, provided this is reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs for this.
Returns
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you bear the costs of the return. Please give us brief notice of your return by email so that we can process it quickly. This is voluntary. All further details can be found in our cancellation policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).
