Right of withdrawal
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the ordered goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email) stating your decision to withdraw to:
Kinderguru GmbH
Hoher Holzweg 43
30966 Hemmingen
Germany
Email: hello@kinderguru.com
No specific form is required. It is sufficient for the deadline if you send the notification in a timely manner.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs.
This excludes additional costs arising if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them – whichever is earlier.
You are required to return or hand over the goods to us no later than fourteen days after your declaration of withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts concerning
-
goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB),
-
sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) No. 3 BGB),
-
audio or video recordings or software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) No. 6 BGB).
