3-in-1 bedside crib with cradle and wheels – Snüz SnüzPod5

The SnüzPod5 is a bedside crib that you can place directly next to your bed, use as a freestanding crib, or swing as a cradle on the stand. This keeps your baby within easy reach at night, so you can breastfeed or feed them without getting up.

Who it is suitable for

Snüz recommends the SnüzPod5 as a first crib for the first six months. The mattress measures 80 x 44 x 3 cm, while the crib measures 97 x 49 cm externally, with a maximum height of 86.5 cm without castors and 90 cm with castors. According to Snüz, it is designed for babies weighing up to 9 kg.

What makes it practical for everyday use

• Fold down the side panel and push the crib flush against your bed: you can reach your baby at night with a single movement.
• The cradle can be removed and placed on the stand, where you can gently swing it by hand.
• With the castors, you can push the crib into the living room during the day without carrying it.
• Mesh windows on both sides allow air to circulate and let you see your baby even when you are lying down.
• Six colours, from White and Natural to Walnut, suit both light and dark bedrooms.

Material and construction

Depending on the colour, the frame is made of solid rubberwood with engineered wood, or, in Natural and Walnut, of beech plywood with solid beech. The fabric bag and shelf are made of polyester, and the mattress has a polyester cover and a polyurethane foam filling. Made in China. The SnüzPod5 has been tested in accordance with standard BS EN 1130:2019 for bedside cribs, and the mattress in accordance with BS EN 16890:2017+A1:2021. As wood is a natural material, the colour may vary slightly from one part to another.

What is included

In the box: crib frame with cradle, stand, castors, 3D mesh mattress, strap for attaching it to the parent bed, as well as tools and instructions. You need to purchase the fitted sheet and mattress protector separately; the Snüz bedside crib fitted sheet and SnüzPod5 mattress protector are available to match. Snüz also offers its own storage bag for storage and transport.

Safety and information

Tested in accordance with BS EN 1130:2019. Follow Snüz's instructions when assembling and attaching the crib to the parent bed. Your baby must weigh no more than 9 kg in the SnüzPod5. Stop using the crib as soon as your baby can sit, kneel, roll over, or pull themselves up, or by about 6 months at the latest.
